Matabari Pera strives to provide a transparent and fair process for all puja bookings and donations made through our website or mobile application. Please read the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
Devotees may request cancellation of puja bookings before the scheduled date of the ritual. Once the puja has been performed or the scheduled time has passed, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds may be processed only in specific cases such as:
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method used during booking.
All donations made to the temple are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. These donations support temple maintenance, religious activities, and community welfare programs.
If a refund request is approved, the amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
